How does the annual discount work?+
Annual plans save you roughly two months compared to paying monthly. You're billed once per year and can switch to monthly at renewal if you change your mind.
What's the Creator+ revenue share?+
Creators earn a share of revenue generated by their published maps and modes. The exact split depends on engagement metrics and is detailed in the Creator Program Agreement. You must be on the Creator+ tier or above to qualify.
Are there refunds?+
We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time subscribers on any paid tier. After that, you can cancel to prevent future charges, but already-billed periods are non-refundable.
Do platform fees (Steam, console stores) affect pricing?+
Prices shown are what you pay. Platform transaction fees are handled on our side. The same plan costs the same whether you subscribe through our site, Steam, or a console storefront.
