Built for Players Who Compete
ShardForge Studios exists to make competitive squad play fair, fresh, and community-driven.
Our Story
ShardForge Studios was founded by competitive gamers who had enough. Enough of stale modes recycled season after season. Enough of rampant cheating that went unchecked for months. Enough of content cycles that moved at a glacial pace while the community begged for change. We played every major battle royale on the market, and every one of them let us down in the same ways.
We believed players deserve better: fast matchmaking that respects your time, clear rules that apply equally to everyone, and evidence-based enforcement that you can actually verify. No black boxes. No vague ban waves. No silent patches that upend the meta without explanation.
So we built a platform where creators can publish modes and maps, communities can organize and run their own tournaments, and every player gets a fair shot regardless of rank, region, or roster size. We designed it cross-platform from day one because squads shouldn't be split by hardware. Your team plays together, period.
Mission & Values
Everything we ship traces back to four principles. They guide what we build, how we build it, and what we say no to.
We build for players who care about skill expression and clear outcomes. Every system supports measurable improvement.
Rules are visible. Enforcement is explainable. Evidence is reviewable. No "trust us"—we show the work.
Creators build modes. Communities run events. Players shape the meta. We provide tools and guardrails.
Every screen answers "What now?" with a clear action. Fast by default, detailed on demand.
